Rental Prices and Terms
The apartment is available to rent year round, whether it's for a family holiday, a long weekend's golf or to escape from the British winter.
Accomodation for 4 people. All bed linen, bath towels are provided.
To secure a booking a 20% non-refundable deposit is required. The balance must be paid in full 6 weeks prior to your departure.
Breakages deposit - We request a refundable deposit of £150 to cover breakages/damage, to be paid with main balance. The security deposit will be returned within 1 week, upon a satisfactory checkout and after the housekeeper has made all relevant checks..
For bookings less than 6 weeks before the departure date, the full amount will be due on booking.
Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.
Please note that not included in the booking fee is final cleaning fee of €50 which will be charged on arrival and paid locally to the key holder.
Check in / Check out times:
Check in time is after 2.00pm on your day of arrival and check out
time is 10.00am on your day of departure.
Earlier or later check in/check out times may be possible but will have to be discussed with the key holder and may involve a small extra cost paid locally.
Other Information & Terms
Please respect the community and treat the apartment as if you would your own.
The taking of chairs, tables, sun loungers etc down to the pool area is not permitted.
Drinking from glassware or glass bottles is not permitted by the pool.
Please refrain from taking bath towels to the pool area or beach.
There is strictly a no smoking or no pets policy inside the apartment. If you do wish to smoke there is plenty of outdoor space to do so at your leisure.
