The Apartment
Our Apartment is a luxurious Air Conditioned 2 bedroom apartment with outdoor seating on the front terrace and outdoor seating on the spacious solarium roof area.
The apartment is located on Los Naranjos, Jardin 4, part of the
Condado de Alhama golf complex in the Southern Murcia region.
The Apartment is on one of the best locations on the resort being just
5 minutes walk from the Al Kasar shopping centre, which consists of a bar which also serves food, the well stocked supermarket and is also only 5 minutes walk from the new clubhouse (due to open in 2011).
A Swimming pool is just metre's away from the front of the apartment.
It is in a perfect location for those wishing to play golf on
Condado De Alhama, set to be one of the best golf resorts in Spain, hoping in future to host the Spanish Open, and already has many golf tournaments throughout the year, or for those just wanting a relaxing holiday in the sun.
Living Room and Dining Areas
Large 3 seater sofa, 2 seater sofa, air conditioning, coffee table, lamp, 32 inch LCD TV with 80+ UK Channels and 100+ other languages channels, DVD Player, CD and radio, Playstation 2 with games, dining table with 4 chairs. Comfortably seats 4 adults in the living room. The Air conditioning units are also heating units which are ample enough to warm the apartment on the odd chilly winter night.

Fully equipped kitchen with appliances: oven, hob, extractor hood, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board and airer.

Covered seating area with sofa, 2 chairs & a table. Large dining table and 6 chairs, large parasol, storage box with kids toys, sun loungers & great views of the garden & pool areas.
The roof terrace now has a retractable awning cover for shade in the hot sun.

Tiled bathroom with bath / shower, wash basin, mirror, extractor fan, Toilet & Bidet.
All bed linen & bath towels are provided.
